SUN RADIO AND IMPACT RADIO NETWORKS JOIN FORCES ON NEW SHOW - Tuesday October 20, 2009
Sun Radio Network, LLC announced today they have
partnered with Impact Radio Networks in launching the nationally syndicated program, HERO LIVING MOMENTS WITH RUDY REYES. Launching November 2, 2009, HERO LIVING MOMENTS WITH RUDY REYES is being produced by Impact Radio Networks, the radio syndication arm of Debut Broadcasting Inc., with Sun Radio Network assuming national sales rights. HERO LIVING MOMENTS WITH RUDY REYES is a daily two minute feature hosted by Rudy Reyes, the star who played himself in the HBO series “Generation Kill.”
CITADEL MEDIA CONFIRMS LAYOFFS - Wednesday October 7, 2009
From Radio Business Report: As mentioned Monday, rumors are flying that Citadel Media is cutting programming and staff – sooner rather than later. This time Citadel confirms that a number of staffers – across the board, including management – at the ABC News Radio division were given layoff notices Tuesday. Among them are longtime network news vets Robert Garcia (Executive Director, News & Sports) and Peter Salinger (Director, Special Events & Sports).
SUN RADIO ADDS FREE TALK LIVE TO SYNDICATED LINEUP - Wednesday September 30, 2009
Sun Radio Network, LLC announced today
that it has added the daily talk show, FREE TALK LIVE, to its lineup of nationally syndicated radio programs. The company will assume sales rights to the radio program effective October 1, 2009. Airing Monday through Saturday from 7 - 10 p.m. EST, FREE TALK LIVE is a lively and entertaining LIVE talk radio experience where hosts Ian Freeman and Mark Edge discuss topics from politics to business news and current events.
